Diego Bianconi (b. 1957)

Diego Binacon was born in 1957 in Muralto near Locarno, Switzerland.

1972 - 1973 art school C.S.I.A. in Lugano, Switzerland
1985 - 1988 studio with Remo Rossi in Lugano, Switzerland
1986 - 1988 studied under Leo Maillet in Verscio, Switzerland
1988 - 1995 studied Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts, Nuremberg (master student)

1995 - 1999 teaching position for life drawing at the Academy of Fine Arts, Nuremberg
In 2001 Diego Bianconi founded the "Chalcographic Research Laboratory".
2007 teaching position for etching at the Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochschule, Nuremberg

Diego Bianconi lives and works in Eckental, Bavaria.
